Precautions and notifications
ゲストハウスHORIZONは、別荘一棟を皆様にお貸しするシステムです。
ホテルや旅館とは違いサービスを担当するものがおりません。
至らない点はご容赦ください。
下記の基本的なマナー及びルールをお守りください。
HORIZON provids a house rental. Guests cannot rent only a room or some rooms.
Since no one is in charge of taking care of the guest in the house, we don’t provide some services unlike hotels and inns. Although you may contact us, but please basically help yourself in the house.
Please be noted that all the guest have to follow the rules below.
- ・チェックインは15時〜18時、チェックアウトは10時です。
- ・鍵の引き渡し、宿泊名簿の記載、宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地（HORIZON）で行います。
到着しましたら、お電話をお願い致します。TEL:04992-4-1630 - ・外出時、就寝時は、必ず火の元の確認をしてください。
- ・室内での喫煙、バーベキュー・蚊取り線香・寝たばこ・たばこのポイ捨てなどは禁止です。
- ・花火等は禁止です。
- ・周辺には、民家があり特に早朝や夜間の騒音にお気をつけください。
- ・近隣の皆様に迷惑となる行為および自然環境を壊す行為は、おやめください。
- ・寝具などの備品は、清潔にご使用ください。
- ・使用された食器やなべなどは、元の位置に戻してください。
- ・備品および建物の破損、鍵の紛失等があった場合、かかった費用をお客様に請求させて頂くことがあります。
- ・ごみは燃やせるごみと燃やせないごみに分別してください。ペットボトルのふたとラベルは燃やせるごみです。外にごみ袋を出さないでください。
- ・ご宿泊中の事故・災害による停電・断水などは、可能な範囲での対応をさせていただきますが、それ以上の責任は負いかねます。
- ・ペット（犬や猫など）と一緒のご宿泊は、お断りします。
- ・原則送迎はやっておりません。定期バスも運行していますが、基本的にお車（レンタカーなど）がないとスーパーや観光施設などに行くのに大変不便です。
- ・駐車場は、無料のHORIZON専用駐車場をご利用ください。

- · Smoking in the room, barbecue, mosquito coil, sleeping cigarette, tobacco littering, etc. are prohibited.
- · Fireworks etc. are prohibited.
- · In the vicinity, there are private houses and please pay attention to the noise in the early morning and nighttime especially.
- · Please do not act that disturbs everyone in the vicinity and act of breaking the natural environment.
- · Please use furniture such as bedding cleanly.
- · Please return the dishes and panes used to their original positions.
- · When there are breakage of fixtures and buildings, loss of keys, etc., we may charge customers for the expenses incurred.
- · Please separate garbage into burnable garbage and unburnable garbage. PET bottle lid and label are burnable garbage. Please do not dispose garbage bag outside.
- · We will respond to the possible range of power failure / water cut off due to accidents / disasters during our stay, but we can not assume further responsibility.
- · Accommodation with pets (dogs, cats, etc.) is not accepted.
- · In principle, we do not offer pick-up service. Although regular buses are also operated, basically it is very inconvenient to go to the supermarket and sightseeing facilities etc. without a car (rental car etc).
- · For parking, please use free HORIZON private parking lot.
